All Hosted Services are provided on Worknet owned Servers located in Data Centres around the UK.
We use Tier 4 Data Centres (the best available) for all applications which are critical. Tier 4 means that power, cooling and network supplies are fully duplicated such that if one fails - the other seamlessly takes the load.
To take advantage of this, our Servers and other critical networking components are also duplicated.

The result is a minimum of unscheduled downtime for you the customer.

Customer data is held on Storage Area Networks (SANS), each of which is made up of a redundant disk array. The SANS are fully replicated in pairs and a 'snapshot' is taken of each SAN every day - this provides a complete 'picture' of the data on the SAN - and these snapshots are kept for several days. All of this ensures that the integrity of customer data is maintained in the event of hardware or software failure.
